The laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern these Terms of Use and any dispute that might arise between you and Horizons. If you take legal action relating to these Terms of Use, you agree to file such action before the Courts of the Province of Ontario sitting in the City of Toronto and in no other venue, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
